7. Our Proprietary Rights ChooseMe contains proprietary information protected by law. Unauthorized modification, reverse-engineering, or misuse of our software is strictly prohibited.
8. Subscriptions and Payments Subscription payments, unless otherwise noted, are non-refundable. Virtual currency purchased is for personal use within Our Platform and cannot be refunded or transferred.
9. Termination and Suspension We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for any reason, including violations of these TOS or other associated policies.
10. Dispute Resolution Any disputes related to ChooseMe or these TOS shall be settled through binding arbitration, adhering to the guidelines provided in the Federal Arbitration Act. Users waive their right to litigate any dispute in court.
